The judges of the first room criminal of the Court of appeal of the National District set for January 23 the knowledge of the resources of appeal submitted by six of the Group sentenced in the case of the network led by José David Figueroa August.
The Court presided over by judges Manuel Hernández Victoria, Katia Miguelina Jimenez, Francisco Ortega Polanco and Antonio Sánchez Mejía, set the knowledge of the audience for that date, 10: 00 a.m., in the court located on the first floor of the old building of the Palace of Justice in the Centre of heroes.
The Court took the decision after declaring inadmissible the appeals by Mary Peláez, Eddy Brown, Sammy Dauhajre, Richard Ivanovich Smester, Juan José Ibarra Fernández and Madeline Bernard Peña, through his lawyers, Rafael Ariza, Luis Aybar, Manuela Ramirez, Ingrid Hidalgo, Freddy Mateo, Marino Elsevif Pineda and Porfirio López.
