They sign agreement for management of ports

According to Ernesto Reyna, Minister of the environment, the agreement will help avoid accidents that damage to the coast and the training of technicians so that they are alerts and react to emergencies and thus avoid pollution forts.
According to the Minister, many shipping companies used to people without training to dispose of the waste produced by ships that dock at ports in the country, a situation that would change with the formation of the staff.
