The General Directorate of welfare student (DG BE) of the Ministry of education, will 450 analysis products dairy and bakery of the program of school food (PAE), taking samples at random from 104 bakeries and six plants processing of milk and nectar, in order to continue to improve the quality of food included in the menu.
Of these studies, 250 shall be carried out during the period January-June, remaining space of the present school year 2011-2012, and 200 in the first quarter of the next school year 2012-2013.
The Ministry of education required in a report released yesterday that this process will lead to some 300 inspections in bakeries and 35 to the processing of dairy products.
Will also include two inspections every bakery in the remainder of teaching and two monthly plants dairy, they begin from Tuesday, January 10, when resumed teaching in all schools u000apublic of the country
The Ministry notes that the Department of quality assurance emphasis in the implementation of the programme of food school modalities urban marginal, real, border, and inspection to 5,062 schools included in this programme, which reaches 1.5 million initial and basic levels students
Pointed out that these inspections are to follow the conditions of storage and receipt of goods to verify that they are consistent with standards to ensure the safety of food.
