The Ministry of public health, Center to orientation e Investigación Integral (COIN) and the Foundation signed a cooperation agreement to train the health personnel in prevention and treatment to persons who abuse alcohol and banned drugs.

Nelson Rodríguez Monegro, Deputy Minister of networks, to sign the agreement on behalf of the Minister of public health, Bautista Rojas Gomez, explained that the agreement consists of the training of about 50 professional health.
