Three months in jail 'doctor'

The judge who knew the case, Henry Dominguez, ruled out imposing a year of pre-trial detention as requested by the prosecution, based on the accusation supported by several witnesses and testimonies.
The Court presented evidence and testimonies from nurses who said that the "fake doctor" called tools for minor surgery. Patients and relatives also declared that he was paid them money for the attentions optional.
