Tonty Rutinel asks court to set him a pension of 5 thousand pesos for maintenance

The demand was filed by the political leader through his lawyers Freddy Mateo Calderón, Junior Ramírez and José Fernando Pérez Vólques, so that the Court will set a monthly fee of five thousand dollars.
Hearing was set for 28 this month, ordering the summons as the plaintiff as the defendant.
However, the lawyer for Caraballo, Jose Parra Báez, claimed that that money is insufficient because only in the House it is spent monthly an average of 60 billion pesos and that his client is now jobless.
Parra, also said that demand that lodged Rutinel is a way to pressure for Caraballo desist from the lawsuit that brought in its u000aagainst aggression.
Noted that only House Madam Caraballo pays 17 thousand dollars more other expenses, after indicate that this is another example of the degree of aggressiveness Rutinel has against his client.
Recalls that Rutinel has a process pending after Caraballo slighted by aggression, whose process is set for this month.
