Tonty Rutinel leaves in caravan from the Najayo prison

If outside a political caravan, the official perredeísta and former Senator Tonty Rutinel was today released when he agreed to honor the bail Court for assault imposed domestic.

After being detained since last December five Rutinel decided to leave the grounds of Najayo, to which was attended by dozens of followers that accompany it in caravan to his residence in the Capital.

Rutinel left the venue at 10: 20 am in the company of his wife Carmen Núñez, and said that he left because the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD) gave him an ultimatum to an immediate departure. Noted, however, who actually convinced was the journalist Alvaro Arvelo (son).

Reiterated that he is innocent and that the detention was illegal and that his rights were violated. He claimed that he was outraged and mistreated when he was transferred to Najayo and that he was kept completely isolated.

He attributed his imprisonment for political reasons and confessed that he was wrong to rely on people who have been given to creating a false and speak lies on an abuse which he has never materialized.

Said that his arrest was the result of a plot involving prosecutors, journalists and u000acommentators.

Rutinel spent several days in prison in the Palace of Justice in City News, where he refused to leave after ordering his freedom, but refused to pay the bond contracts, forcing the authorities to remove it from the site and send it to Najayo January three so far.

Yesterday the National District Prosecutor's Office filed formal charges against the exlegislador before the fifth of the magistrate, charged with assaulting a woman with whom he had two children, where requests that it be sent according to fund so that it responds the facts against him.

The accusation was presented by the Deputy Prosecutor Rosanna Campusano, of the Department of violence, of the unit of care and prevention of violence, before the judge Ileana Perez Garcia.
