The Spaniard is imprisoned in Madrid for the possession of 1,200 kilos of cocaine seized in Spain, which arrived from Dominican Republic. Authorization of the seizure was granted in a Dominican court last night.
It was explained that physical custody is needed to preserve the property intact, while legal custody is needed to impede any sale or transfer of title.
It has been revealed that all the titles to apartments in the tower are to be examined. Anyone found to have bought in good faith will not be affected by the investigation. However failure to justify the resources to purchase one of the apartments will mean further investigation.
