TSE known number of cases of parties

The plenary of the Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE) was released yesterday with the knowledge of nine cases presented by the parties Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD), independent revolutionary (PRI), civic renewal (PCR) and the reformist Social Christian (PRSC), and adopted a resolution of an administrative nature which regulates the wardrobe of the judges, Secretaries and lawyers in the processes.

Records, four of the PRI and one of the RCP, were adjourned to February 1st 9: 00 a.m., so that the involved parties to communicate documents.

La Junta Central Electoral (PVE) desapoderó of all resources on 5 January and sent to the Tribunal that he knew them.

During the hearing held in the multi-purpose hall located on the third floor of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ), the PRD withdrew its two instances.

The hearing was chaired by the President of the Tribunal, Mariano Rodríguez, and the other judges to u000aIntegrated agency, Mabel happy Báez, José Manuel Hernández Peguero, John Newton Guilliani and Marino Mendoza.

Resources of action of amparo is one submitted by the PRD, brought by José María Augustus, Sención Lina Silverio and Reinaldo of the Carmen Casalinovo, on October 25, 2010.

Also contained a request for an annulment filed by the PRI of the 13th National Assembly of that political organization, lodged on 12 January 2011.

In addition, contained a challenge presented by the PRD against resolution 12-2011, on October 18 of that year, issued by the JCE in relation to the Electoral Board of San Juan de la Maguana, and whose applicant was Manuel Guillermo Peña.
