Two Haitians are killed in Brawl with Dominicans in Higüey

The police reported that two Haitians were killed in a scuffle that argued with two Dominicans, for alleged personal problems, in the lagoons of Nisibon in Higüey.
Haitians dead were identified as Shadrach Aguan, 27, and Frank Yell, 35.
Police seized by that fact to the Dominicans Kelfy of the Santos Diaz, 26 years old, and Bernardo Victorian rose, 28.
The report details that foreigners were killed while they were receiving medical care at the hospital of the aforementioned community.
The preliminary case report about the brawling armed of machetes and knives broke out around 4: 00 in the afternoon in the sector El Peñón, of Las Lagunas de Nisibon.
