UASD graduates 465 professionals from different specialties and master's degrees

The University autonomous of Santo Domingo (UASD) invested yesterday afternoon to 465 professionals in various specialties and master's degrees.

The event, held in the Aula Magna, was presided over by rector Mateo Aquino Febrillet, accompanied by the Vice-Rectors for research and graduate, Francisco Vegazo Ramírez, the teaching Vice-Chancellor, Jorge Asjana, the administrative Vicerrectora, Emma Polanco, the Vice-Chancellor of extension, Francisco Terrero, among others.

The graduates are the faculties of Humanities, Sciences, economics and social sciences, law and political sciences, engineering, architecture, science of health, agricultural science and veterinary and education, who were on the spot his fourth diploma level.

Vegazo Ramírez, who was in charge the central speech, indicated that specialties are essential to the human and intellectual growth of the people, and that the UASD delivers human capital to the country u000awith the knowledge that demand society.

He noted that in four years (2007-2011) have been inducted into the Academy 5,991 professionals in different specialties and master's degrees, representing a rate of 1,200 per year, dominated the areas of Humanities, economics and social sciences and Sciences of the health.

He urged the graduates to facilitate and stimulate the creation of scientific and technological knowledge in the areas of performance in order to satisfy the demands of the society.
