Urban planning leaves much to be desired

This country has 155 municipalities and 232 municipal districts and each has a Town Council which should have a Bureau of urban planning, however, only larger representations are those that have that Department, explained the executive director of the Dominican Federation of municipalities (Fedomu), Victor D´ Aza.
