Urges Parties to prevent the narco

The Minister of the Presidency, Cesar Pina Toribio, yesterday urged the parties to leave "dimes and bickering" surrounding issues related to drug trafficking and focus on implementing mechanisms to prevent this scourge to penetrate these organizations.
