U.S. highlights the role of the OAS

the Government of United States yesterday reiterated that the Organization of American States (OAS) is the "preeminent" to deal with the Affairs of the countries in the American continent.

During his accustomed press conference daily, the spokesman for the Department of State, Mark Toner, avoided directly commenting on the validity of the community of Latin American countries and Caribbean (CELAC), which will be launched this weekend in a presidential in the capital Summit venezolana.
