The President of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD), Miguel Vargas, stated last night that he was not consulted for the position of the Advisory Board of the presidential candidate Hipolito Mejia, in which, by Act of Sheriff located past plenum of the Central Electoral Board members to return to his duties until designated new constitutional bodies such as the Superior Electoral Tribunalbased on a transitional article of the current Constitution.
