Vices urged fight to reduce poverty

They indicated in such a Final Declaration that result of the increase in the quality and life expectancy of people nursing in the region, they said is the highest in the region today, urgently prioritize policies for this sector.
They also stressed the need to prioritize investment in favour of women and girls, in order to promote individuality and to prevent discrimination from a perspective of social equity and gender.
Also agreed to resume the commitment to guarantee the u000ahuman rights and to invest in public policies in the field of education, health and employment; as well as the prevention of violence, promote the training and technology; to improve the living conditions of young persons living under higher vulnerability and poverty
Also decided to guarantee the right to sexual and reproductive health of persons, as a way of allowing the prevention of maternal mortality, the reduction of teenage pregnancy and sexual violence; through the promotion of education integral.
In the field of environment, Vice Presidents and dignitaries from States of Guatemala, Belize, Cost Rica, Panama and Dominican Republic, established the need to implement public policies and programs of social protection to the elderly.
Also agreed on the need for planning and territorial reorganization of the cities, to enhance human development and u000aensure the quality of life of the people
Also the vicemandatarios, gathered at the 5th Regional meeting, recommended to their Governments take advantage of the status of the "demographic bonus", to invest in education, science and technology.
