Vinchos raises prison of maximum security.

The jurist Marino Vinicio Castillo, Advisor for Affairs of drug trafficking of the Executive Branch, raised yesterday the establishment of a maximum security prison in the country, with jurisdiction and international parameters, where the heads of drug trafficking and organized crime, as well as dangerous offenders who are deported from United States and other Nations before that they met the sentences imposed by courts to be confined.

Deplored that US policy has concentrated its efforts in combating drug trafficking in the Central Caribbean and Continental Plan Colombia and the Meryland initiative, hurting the Caribbean u000aIsland to which it belongs Dominican Republic, where have been established hazardous groups of the Mexican mafia and Colombian.

Castillo made his statements during a speech delivered yesterday to the high official of the armed forces, whose higher Institute for defence gave her honour doctorate and cause in recognition of his contributions to the common good and to the fight against drugs and organized crime.
