Violence leaves 104 dead infants

The children were mostly beaten and asphyxiated. There was also stabbed, shot and poisoned. Dr. Freddy Vasquez, expert in cases of u000aFilicide, told a weekly magazine that there are "two types of filicidas: that under despair kill and those who tortured without mercy and kill.
