Warns parties cannot impose proposals to PVE

"The institution must be standing up, not on their knees," said Rosario, who added that the political and social organizations must take care to exercise the widest participation in all matters specific to the JCE, without becoming the institution itself.
The advice of the President of the JCE occurs at a time in which the two main political parties participate in a dialogue, with the mediation of Monsignor Agripino Núñez Collado, to find a solution to the impasse created by the resignation of the general manager of Informatics of the JCE, Miguel Ángel García.
Rosario considered that parties and the social partners must be consulted, listened to and taken into account by the JCE, but not impose to it their proposals.
