The UN Conference on climate change to be held until Friday in Durban (South Africa) faces his moment of truth, with strong pressure on the Bureau to achieve an agreement that seems uncertain and that divides the large emitters in the world as United States, Europe, China, Brazil and India.
The main obstacle to the progress of the negotiations that bring together 194 countries is the definition of how major broadcasters commit to cut emissions of gases that cause global warming, an issue which has put pressure on big emerging economies such as India, United States and Brazil, after a sign of progress in China and Europe.
