Women reiterates was assaulted by Tonty

Leidy Dayana Caraballo, the woman who accuses the political leader Cesar Santiago (Tonty) Rutinel Domínguez of assaulting her physically, yesterday broke the silence and warned that it will keep the indictment filed against him, so that justice is done.
Caraballo went yesterday to keep the indictment against former Senator before the judge of the fifth Court of the magistrate of the National District, who knows a preliminary trial request by the public prosecutor's Office. Judge Ileana Perez Garcia postponed to February 22 the knowledge of the application for commencement to trial against the former Senator, to the Prosecutor's Office notified the defence of the accused documents who claims to have on tests involving criminal responsibility.
Caraballo, who had a two-year-old son with Tonty Rutinel, ruled out that an orchestrated plan there is to harm the political leader and claimed that it has evidence of abuse that u000aHe received at the time of trust that it will be justice in this case.
