Zapatero: "the future today more that never is in the hands of citizens"

The President of the Spanish Government, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, today called on the participation of the Spaniards in the elections and was convinced that the future "today more than ever, is in the hands of citizens".

Zapatero and his wife, Sonsoles Espinosa, came at 10: 55 local time (9: 55 GMT) at a College in Madrid to exercise their right to vote, the last time as Prime Minister.
