In an electoral act of the worker Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE), Zapatero recalled that the problem of the financial system was not arranged changing Governments, "but that there should be a European Government to take decisions for all".
"It takes a European central bank that it is in effect and to defend the currency and the countries of the common currency", said.
Also said that Spain has resisted and will resist efforts to reduce the deficit "but maintaining the pillars of social cohesion, as few countries have been able to do so".
In your opinion, Germany and France should be aware that if the whole of the euro area remains u000awith that tension will end up affecting all.
Zapatero said that we must build a federal Europe, to be able to make the economy as strong as the areas economic in the world.
