This is a one of a kind hilltop mansion. Must be seen to be truly appreciated. Situated at over 300 meteres on the highest point of the Altos de Cofresi, this was almost completely rebuilt for the 2005 season. Use the navigation on the left explore this fabulous house with its amazing views.
This mansion is located on the highest point of Altos de Cofresi, at an elevation of about 1000 feet, overlooking Cofresi Beach and the new Ocean World Marina...
To the east, the whole city of Puerto Plata (3 miles away) can be seen, with views extending all the way to Sosua.
To the south, Puerto Plata Mountain and beautiful hills extend all the way to the west coast.
Enjoy a full 360-degree vista, which is particularly spectacular at night time.
The villa was almost completely rebuilt in 2005 to a very high standard. All rooms have coastal views. The Living and Dining room is nearly 50 feet long and is fully equipped with TV/Cable, Video and DVD players, Stereo system etc. The upper roofed balcony is over 50 foot long and usually has lovely warm coastal breezes. All rooms have screens on the doors and windows. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans, and some have air conditioning (but we doubt you will need it).
All five bedrooms have there own bathrooms, ceiling fans and ocean and pool views.
The upper floor bedrooms both have air conditioning units although the altitude of the house means that cooling breezes keep the temperature very comfortable at all times of the year.
Each bedroom is individually furnished with unique locally manufactured furniture.
The Jacuzzi® is half-shaded in case you find the sun too hot, and the water runs down a waterfall under a bridge to the pool.
